CURATORIAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Founded in 2013, AAMC Foundation’s Mentorship Program gives early- to mid-career curators opportunities to advance their professional development, learn about important issues in the field, share ideas and cultivate strong bonds with peers, and develop a working relationship with a senior curator. Each year, ten mentees participate in a week-long intensive where they learn practical and skill-based aspects of a curatorial career through meeting with curators, trustees, museum directors, foundation heads, and other leaders in the field.
