AIGA NY’s Summer Soirée gathered friends and colleagues at The Museum of Arts to celebrate the 2019 AIGA Medalists. The evening honored 2019 award winners including NYC’s own Debbie Millman, Alexandra Lange, and Ellen McGirt, and was presented by Pentagram. AIGA NY demonstrates design’s impact and cultivates the future of design in New York City, elevating designers and the role of design in NYC and beyond. Founded in 1914, AIGA NY advocates for issues impacting designers’ professional contexts, educates and empowers designers at every level, builds community, and defines the future of the field.
